Aims:
1) To establish reference nomenclature for Perinatal (Pn) cells from different placental regions and their bioactive molecules;
2) To obtain consensus and define guidelines for the donor eligibility, collection, handling, cryopreservation and associated quality control of Pn cells and derivatives from different placental regions and their bioactive molecules;
